Delta Air Lines is expanding its air service at Palm Springs International Airport with the introduction of a new nonstop route to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City. This seasonal service, operating exclusively on Saturdays, will commence on December 21, 2024, and continue through May 3, 2025.
Flight timings are as follows:
- Departure from JFK at 8:45 AM, arriving at PSP at 10:50 AM
- Departure from PSP at 12:50 PM, arriving at JFK at 8:35 PM
- (All times listed are local)
The service will utilize Delta’s fuel-efficient Airbus A220-300, offering 130 seats across 12 First Class, 30 Comfort Plus, and 88 Main Cabin seats. This route will be the longest operated by Delta using the A220-300, featuring a comfortable 2×3 seating arrangement with no middle seats and a unique window in the lavatory.

This announcement underscores Palm Springs International Airport’s expanding network, marking the third new air service launch this season and enhancing travel options and convenience for passengers.
