Nobody move: Prada’s viral balm is finally back in stock at Nordstrom. It’s no surprise that Prada Beauty products have earned immediate buzz, but there’s one likely reason this blue designer lip balm has quickly become the line’s hero product. At around the same time it initially sold out, it made a cameo in Sabrina Carpenter’s “Please, Please, Please” music video — and starred in a dedicated post on her TikTok page, swatches and all.

The pop princess and TikTok beauty muse regularly sparks beauty trends, from her signature doll-pink blush (courtesy of Makeup by Mario and Armani Beauty) to her swoop-y curtain bangs that have inspired countless hair styling tutorials on the app. There’s always a spotlight on her makeup bag, so when the opening scene of her highly-anticipated music video showed her applying the blue Prada lip balm (which played as her sole possession fresh out the slammer) the balm was bound to sell out. In fact, it still hasn’t restocked at Sephora.

The Prada Moisturizing Lip Balm in the shade 001 Astral Pink is actually blue in its tube, which just so happens to be the color of Carpenter’s current musical era. But don’t let the hue scare you. It actually applies completely transparent, then adapts to the pH of your natural lips. It results in a universally flattering pink tone, which leans rosy with an ultra-glossy finish. The nourishing, long-wear formula infuses bifidus extract to support the skin’s moisture barrier, as well as jojoba oil that lends soothing shine and buttery hydration. It’s finish is similar to a lip gloss, and it pairs beautifully with any lip liner or the editor-approved Prada Lipstick.

Since its release last spring, the innovative lip balm has been favorited by over 21,000 Sephora shoppers, and boasts an average 4.5-star rating across the beauty retailer and Nordstrom. Thousands of impressed shoppers have sounded off in the reviews, with some even saying it doubles as a cream blush. “The Astral Pink shade caught my eye,” said one tester. “The super subtle pale pink is perfect for everyday. It has a lightweight texture that leaves a dewy finish without any stickiness. The packaging is gorgeous. The silver tube is very luxe — immediately elevating any purse or beauty bag.”

Snatch up your tube of the Prada Moisturizing Lip Balm below ASAP, because it’ll likely to sell out amid the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. And, you might as well take advantage of all the limited-time beauty, fashion, fragrance gift set, and footwear deals while you’re at it.
