Japan Airlines (JAL), a prominent member of the oneworld® alliance, has clinched the esteemed title of “World’s Best Premium Economy Class” at the annual Skytrax World Airline Awards Ceremony held at Fairmont Windsor Park, UK. This marks a significant milestone as it is the first time JAL has been honored with this accolade, adding to its previous achievements of winning the World’s Best Economy Class award thrice before. Additionally, JAL secured the top position in the categories of “Best Premium Economy Class Airline Seat” and “Best Premium Economy Class in Asia,” as well as claiming the top spot for “Best Economy Class Airline Seat,” making it a standout performer with first place finishes in a total of four categories.
The 25th anniversary of the World Airline Awards showcases airlines globally, determined through extensive online voting by 21.42 million customers representing over 100 nationalities.
