Sabre Corporation, a leading software and technology provider for the global travel industry, announced the renewal of its long-standing agreement with Singapore Airlines, a premier airline and Star Alliance member. Under this agreement, Singapore Airlines will continue to utilize Sabre’s Schedule Manager and Slot Manager from the Network Planning & Optimization suite, reinforcing its commitment to operational efficiency, choice, and reliability for passengers.

Sabre Slot Manager, the industry’s most widely used system for managing slots at busy airports worldwide, helps carriers secure necessary slots for future schedules while minimizing the risk of losing valuable historic slots. Schedule Manager allows airlines to create and execute robust, accurate, and feasible operating schedules across their networks, enhancing revenue and competitive advantage.

This agreement highlights the strong, historic relationship between Sabre and Singapore Airlines, which recently reported robust passenger traffic and capacity growth. Additionally, Singapore Airlines distributes its New Distribution Capability (NDC) content through Sabre’s global marketplace.

“Without the right slots and schedules, it’s impossible to fly routes that are both profitable for airlines and which meet evolving passenger demand,” said Rakesh Narayanan, Vice President, Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific, Travel Solutions Airline Sales. “We’re pleased and proud to renew this valued and longstanding collaboration with Singapore Airlines so they can continue to benefit from advanced network planning capabilities, enabling them to optimize their flight schedules, maximize resource allocation, and deliver superior service to their customers.”
