Singapore Airlines is expanding its network for Summer 2025, introducing new routes and increasing flight frequencies to meet rising travel demand.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is set to expand its flight services and increase passenger capacity throughout its network during the 2025 Northern Summer season, which runs from March 30, 2025, to October 25, 2025. This move is aimed at meeting the growing demand for air travel to several popular destinations.

Starting March 30, 2025, SIA will introduce a daily flight to London Gatwick, an increase from the current five weekly flights. Combined with its four daily flights to London Heathrow, this will bring the total to five daily flights between Singapore and London.

The airline will also increase its services to Rome, with five weekly flights scheduled between June 26, 2025, and August 28, 2025, up from the current four weekly flights.

From June 24, 2025, to September 7, 2025, SIA will separate its three-times weekly Singapore-Milan-Barcelona route. During this period, the airline will operate five direct flights to Barcelona weekly, up from the current two. Milan will see daily flights, up from four weekly flights.

Adelaide will benefit from an increase in service to 10 weekly flights during both the Northern Winter 2024 and Northern Summer 2025 seasons, up from the current seven weekly flights. Additionally, services to Ho Chi Minh City will increase to three daily flights, up from 19 weekly flights, and flights to Siem Reap will double to two daily services.

A three-times weekly service to Johannesburg will be introduced from December 11, 2024, to January 10, 2025, and again from April 2, 2025, to October 24, 2025, bringing the total number of flights to the city to 10 weekly, up from the current daily service during these periods.

The Airbus A380 will be reintroduced on one of SIA’s two daily flights to Tokyo Narita from March 30, 2025, to May 31, 2025, replacing the Boeing 787-10. However, the A380 will be temporarily replaced by the Boeing 777-300ER on flights to Mumbai from July 28, 2025, to August 31, 2025, and to Delhi from June 23, 2025, to July 27, 2025.

In line with these changes, SIA will discontinue its services to Houston via Manchester starting April 1, 2025. Nonetheless, the airline will maintain its five weekly flights between Singapore and Manchester through flights SQ302 and SQ301.
